mullet:
it's been awhile since I've made one, mainly because I've been getting great arrows from Art Butner and Chris Cade. About 6 months ago I found some nice cane, 2 nodes per arrow. I cut a couple of dozen and saved them. Then I got this nice Hopewell point from C. VanOrder. It has serrations on top of big serrations. He only gives me cool points like this if I will hunt with them. He wants to know how fancy points of that Time Era really held up to the task. So I straightened the cane last night and mounted the point. Today I put the fletching on with sinew. And now it's time to watch the Gators and the 'Holes,, uh I mean the 'Noles ;)

Pat B:
Hows she shoot Eddie. Looks WAY too short for your draw!!! :o ::)    Looks like it will do the trick. That point is wicked!   Pat

mullet:
shoots good. Pat. It's 29", I think it looks short because of the Tail feathers. The tail feathers are weak so I leave them full size. They lay down when you shoot.

Auggie:
Hey mullet do the tail feathers make noise in flight? I used some secondaries  and they made a buzz compared to the primaries Id used on others.

DanaM:
Man that point looks sick eddie, oh yea nice arra :)
