I was thinking Scottsbluff for some reason but don't have my book to look it up - just can't seem to memorize every one of em ::).

Pete what you dont see in that book is the cross section..  to get those flacks you need a very even convex cross section..
 Well not all the time, it just makes it alot easer
I think most of those points were thick.
