Well, I got home and had a box waiting for me too. It was from David Knight and hope it was for the trade, if not I'm not going on a date or anything. I had to whip the pocket knife out and see what was there. Here it is and thanks David, that is a neat piece of wood. And GO GATORS.

I'm glad it got there and you like it..I was told you got a system to get them sharp so I didnt do to much in the way of getting it sharp..
I had a friend of mine let me use his leather tools to get the case done for it..I never claimed to be a leather guy... ;)

islandpiper:
I joined the PA forum too late to take part in the Christmas Gift Exchange, but KnightD wrote and said we could just have our own, on the side.   I haven't seen his pics up with the gifts I made and sent him, but here is the little honey he sent me.   Nice work, David.  THANKS MAN!!  I'm headed out on a paddling trip in mid February and this is coming with me.  Piper

I will put some pics up soon of the gift I got from you..I was going to wait and take a pic of the one I got from you and the one I get from my secrect santa.. I'm glad you are going to put it to good use..

FlintWalker:
Those are some very nice gifts from everyone.
Good lookin knives, David. You didn't tell me you were a knife maker ;)

Madcrow, that boys grinnin face has made my day ;D  I hope it's not too much weight for him ??? I wouldn't want to over bow him and cause bad habits.  That bow is tillered out to 27", so he should be able to shoot it a loooong time.
Let me know if he ever makes meat with it.  Saw Filer
