David, I was thinking of having the cobbler for the pot luck Saturday evening so it will depend where in the dinner line you are! ;D

I've cooked for 500, so I think we'll be ok, are there any large pots or roasters there, I have a hog hind that I can slow cook with sauerkraut and dumplings.
