Here are some neo modern. Red oak dowels, barrel tapered, with a mix of real and atrificial sinew, self knocks, modern tips.
They all spined in at 50# and weigh from 520 to 545 grains.

OK, here is another set of neo modern. I sanded some bamboo down to spine 50 to 55# and the weight ranges from 520 - 580 grains. They have modern aluminum insert glued in. I used real and artificial sinew, one has an antler tip and all have self knocks.
I think now I am going to work on some primitives.

These are a set of 4 modern Flu-Flus for roving made from northern pine shafts of a 75# spine, fluorecent yellow feathers combined wild turkey feathers and the most traditional plastic nocks I could find ;D ;D ;D ; hope you like them anyway, they do fly very good!
