Ryan & Pappy Maw is bringing her Black Iron Cookware that she wants to play with, when we were at Compton last year she saw some other campers having fun with their primitive cooking stuff. sooooooo I hooked up with a blacksmith that was selling all kinds of Iron equipment,       CHA-CHING he saw me comming!!!
So please don't bring any cooking equipment, this thing also has a adjustable height grate, some swing in and out dudads that I don't know what they do either. but you will know. she said that she would put something together for Friday night , she said that it won't be Buffalo, Moose, Tiger, Zebra, Monkey but it should be good and enough to fill tired travelers. So you'll half to take a chance. She said that she would give Ryan the signal to blow that four foot cow horn, (I kinda faked her out on sizes, I think? ) She said to thank Ryan also for the firewood, so thanks !!

Sounds good Charlie.   ;D We are also having a fish fry at the club house Friday night. My father in law love to fish and has a whole freezer full. He said he'd come by and cook some up for us. We're just going to ask for donations to cover the cooking supply's and condiment's and such.... ;D

Holy moly!  Good food and good friends to eat with.  Now life can't get much better.  Wish Mark and Dana was coming from the UP.  :)

I had some help from Pappy putting cocobola tips on the bow.  It's good now, except I gotta get me a string for it now.  I borrowed one of Pappy's tillering strings and now I need one for it to fire a few arrows with.  :)

See ya sometime Friday noon time or such.

Ryan,

I was putting together directions for a friend.  I googled the address and it took me off on Peach Street to a Moore Rd in Waterford (10-12 miles off the 90).  There was a West Moore road (~ 6 miles) closer to the highway that is accessible from 97 (exit 27) as well.  That is the right road, correct?

Thanks,

Glenn

Yes Glenn, its the closer moore rd. The other one is about a mile down the road from my house. So now you know about how far I live from the club.

Sounds sweet Jon, can't wat to see it!

Sounds great Pappy. See ya soon!

Wow, this sounds like a lot of fun! I wish I had more time to get away for these events. I can remember when it was only Marshall MI. and Cloverdale to go to in the Midwest. One of these years ;) Take care and have fun!

Ryan, Maw and Me will be leaving tomorrow morning, I thing it is about a five and half hour drive, give me a heads up if there are any changes, don't want to screw anything up. if it would be better if we came Thursday that's OK too. I guess I'm always too  anxious, it's a great shoot and we are supposed to have great weather. Charlie

Here you go Dan. http://www.pifieldarchers.com/Map.html
564 moore rd. Gps usauly tells you to turn the wrong direction at the end of moore road so disreguard that and follow the signs at the end of the road.
