You took a picture of him? Are you insane? Is the Florida sun getting to your head? Holy cow, batman. I would have chucked the camera at him and run like the wind!

Seriously though, it would have scared the tar and more out of me, but what a cool picture (I can just see it as the background image for a convention exhibit... wow, that would stop traffic!). And imagine the weapons you could make it you got some of his teeth. I'm assuming you're going back, right?. :D

    jb;
    I have it, along with the rattle snakes at the same site, but I couldn't get it to paste on here, so I sent it to Eddie, and hopefully he can do it.

 Here's Turkey season in Florida. I drove through the MNGT Area on the way home from Pappy's after Easter weekend. These were in every ditch. This one is about 3' away.

Over the years I've been learning that snowbirds are far more dangerous than alligators.  Specially if they've just flocked off the golfcourse.  EVERYONE LOOKOUT!

 Jeff, I stepped on one in the dark turkey hunting the year before last. I liked to have crapped, then.

We will forgive you for stepping on one, but why were you hunting turkeys on the golf course? Ill bet snowbirds are more fun to chase in the jeep than pigs are.  >:D
Oh wait, you meant you stepped on a gator........  dang it.
Everything happens for a reason, sometimes the reason is you made a bad decision.
