Some of the war bows in my harem ....  ;D

Hickory , purple heart , forest black wood
Hickory , purple heart , forest black wood 90# @ 32"
Black locust 90# @ 32"
Linen , hickory , assagi , candle wood 60# @ 28"
Ash , candle wood , iron wood 110# @ 32" (will pike it too 120# when I'm into it )
Hickory , purple heart , iron wood 90# @ 32"
Hickory , purple heart , iron wood 95# @ 32" (touch of reflex in the tips)
Hickory , purple heart , ash 15# @ 14"   ;D  (my 5 year old sons bow)
Some still to be nocked and some won't be nocked

love them warbows! What do you think about BL for warbows? got a nice bunch of it... really love the wood's looks so I'd like not to waste it ;) any random reccomendations? made only a few whitewood warbows with flat bellies, and a boo backed ipe with rounded belly; that's the heaviest one so far drawing 110# @32". Aiming for the same drawweights with the bl, maybe a little heavier.

I kept the belly flatter than the traditional war bow shape and a little wider , to try and prevent the belly freting , which seems to have worked , not even a small crysal ...  ::) and she has done a lot of shooting. She is 1 1/2" wide and 7/8" thick + - at the handle , I have another one half done with a more rounded belly but that one seems to have got stuck in the corner waiting for better days ...  :-[
