Them's some nice deer.  That 10's gonna look reeeal good in a month or so. I just love big brows like that. 8)

yep eddie, that's the spot.  i'm going to hang a lock on or ladder down wind for next season, if i can find a spot.  the only tree down wind is that crooked basswood or the chinaberry.

Is that the persimmon tree on the right just inside the field? You had a ground blind set up there that I sat one day.

 Whew, that chinaberry is gonna be tough. Are they comming up from the Bottom, or across the road.

Mechslasher:
pat, i may have to set a ground blind there again as the trees are twisted downwind of the persimmon.  the only downside is, the persimmon is 22 yards from the blind. 

eddie from the pics, it looks like the deer are coming from across the old RR bed from the right in the pics and from the cut to the left.  there are some hot trails going in both directions.  should be a hot spot this fall.  the persimmon looks like it'll be full again this year.
