Another KnightD bow
« on: September 03, 2009, 09:22:12 am »
Man not another one :)
Ha.
Well I love the way this one shoots and thinking I will be hunting with this one this year.

It came in at:
64" NTN. 51# at 29" - yea I missed my weight AGAIN david....seems like I been doing that a lot lately..... but I dont care. Love the way this one shoots.

finished off the tip overlays with Buff horn and the arrow rest as well.
put a hour glass handle on it. wood is so pretty dont think I want to cover it up with a leather wrap.

shoots great.... first bow that I have made that will actually put an arrow through the wood fence if  I miss my target... hard hitting bow.

and some pics.

thanks for lookiing

That's a beautiful bow but you put the arrow rest on upside down! ;D  The tiller is perfect, Wade. Very nicely done!!!

Looks good man.  I really like that style of handle.  It really shows off the wood combinations.

SWEET
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intentions of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body. But rather to slide in sideways, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming....WOW WHAT A RIDE!!

Nice looking bow,  the tiller looks great.  Good luck and happy hunting.  I'll be hunting with my KnightD bow as well.   I think David should have a contest.... First deer with one of his bows wins a prize. ;D
