Well Frank this bow has not been tillered to a 29" draw so I agree with Marius, no shooting for you  :).

Another nice looking bow, this heat treating looks very effective!! I haven't had the nerve to try it yet, but a freind of mine recently had fairly good success on a self ash bow that he moderately heat treated, it kept a good profile but chrysalled very slightly.I would love to try out  one of your bows if you wheren't so far away!!! Do you have any experience with ordinary hornbeam because that grows over here but not HHB (that I can find)???

 I always love looking at your bows Mark. Seems like they would all be rocket launchers with the profiles that your gluing up. Great looking tips as well. I bet he will be quite pleased.
