Is there a trick way to clean a squirrel?

I always hated skinning squirels until I tried skinning them when they are freshly killed and still a little warm. Much easier that way. I use the "cut through the back and pull in opposite directions method" for squirrels, though I might need to try a different method and make some squirel hide bowstrings some day.
