Arrow weight VS bow poundage

What spine are your arrows. I've been shooting 600 gr. plus 50-550 spined arrows from a 45lb. longbow. You can tell a bit of difference in speed when compared to a 550gr. arrow but, not that much. The heavy arrows sure shoot good.
