aero86:
i bought some more last night, ill try to set up a camera to show how i straighten it.

basically, i take the long piece, look for the straightest section with the least amount of nodes.  then ill check the sections that need straightening.

i spin that section so that the bend comes to me then away, like forward and back, then i straighten from right to left, using a cloth.  ive found that its usually just bent right by the nodes, so you can do that first.  then i straighten the nodes.  thats basically it.  ill still try to make a video of it.

What do you folks seal the shaft with ?

Thanks
Dwight

aero86:
Don't seal them. U don't need to. Maybe if you sand the nodes you can seal that part

Canoe:
Howdy aero86 and Group,

So....  Don't you have to spine test those bamboo arrows to match your bow???  (I'm Confused.)

Thanks guys,
Canoe
