Rinehart targets. What a great weekend cool and no rain. We got the ranges all taken down and put away and also the extra tents we had up for the selfbow Challenge so the place is almost back to normal. :-\ :-\ Did a lot of shooting and a few horn projects finished up, just a good all round laid back weekend. Here are a few pictures. First some mugs in the works, buff horn and cow horn and the work bench that was gifted me at the Classic all stained and finished up. ;) :)

Sister getting plenty of love and attention. I bought a bunch of used arrows for stuff Art's wife wanted to get rid of, some pretty nice stuff and I can always use arrows. ;) :) He had close to 200 arrows she wanted to get rid of so between some of us in the Club we bought them all along with all his bows, I think their was 6 of them. :)

Pappy, I like your powder horn, what do you use to seal them? I sure missed Tenn. this weekend. We had heavy winds and cold rain and yes snow off and on all weekend :( Seemed more like March than May, Heavy frost this morning and fruit trees in bloom or just out , could be a rough year for soft mast. I'm feeling the same Bob, I'm sitting here having coffee out of my Twin Oaks mug, it's cold outside and I'm wishing I was still at the Classic.

Saturday until the cold front came through in the afternoon, even then it wasn't to bad, just need a long sleeve shirt. :)

Pappy:  It's not that hard.  Just takes the right tools and a lot of patience.  If I get to come to the Classic next year I will bring what you will need to get going!  Joe

mark, I sketch what I want on it with a pencil then trace over it with a very sharp nail, small razor knife, and a few assorted needles. Then take India ink and rub it in the scratches with a wrag. When it dries lightly sand over it with a fine grit sand paper just leaving your ink filled scratching.
