Think I know that spot on Campbell! I used to have permission to hunt the farm that borders that Bluff above the creek. It use to be the Riding Stables land and trail system and was all Junipers and Cedars in there for years. Actually, that area was called 00B and the farm use to let Soldiers hunt it before 9/11.

This weekend was really good I did some more Doe management X2ea up on farm in Robertson. Pretty much have it down to two deer I am hunting with the possibility of a Crazy Ivan I have not seen come thru. Chasing and hot early doe make it tough to stop em right now.

Found some nice Hop Hornbeam on the limestone draws overlooking Red. Marked them Will cut some to put up after season.

Pappy : I forgot, the Mexican farm help (house of 11) is pulling stakes for south of the border, Tobacco is done. Do you want some doe (hide on) if the Boss wants more deer removed?

Vets day deer taken in R River drainage. Not the best shot, no pass thru but gave him some time and he was only 125yds bedded in river cane expired. Not a better gift for an old Ranger.

Really enjoyed having you and Chris and Shane and also Dave, It was a fun week. Seen lots of deer are like Kings and aw the stories that were told. ;) :) Here are a few pictures of the week. Had quite a bit of time in the shop between hunts, that is also fun. Started Friday before everyone arrived with some more clean up as the girls just watched. ;) :)

Eddie came bearing gifts, no need for that but much appreciated. Me putting the finishing touches on a walking stick, they had lots of fun with that one. ;) :)
