Pappy:
My girls and me just hung around the fire Friday evening, Sally is still getting around but very slow and now going blind, not sure how much longer she has but hanging tough for now, she will be 12 Easter Sunday. Had some buddies come over Saturday and we went out on the practice range, I took my new yew and it shoot fast and draws very smooth but the grip is so small I just have trouble handling it so back to the shop for some handle up grades. ;) :) :)

Pappy:
We all shot pretty well but as I said the Yew was hard to handle ??? then venison brats for lunch and some fellowship around the fire.  :)

Pappy:
Then to work on the yew handle, stripped all the old off and added a block, I don't normally like adding a block but this one had to have something, if I can't shoot one like I like I will try something and if that don't work I will cut it up and cook brats with it, we will see if this will do it when the glue dries and I think it will. ??? :-\  Shawn showed up to help and also working on an Osage splice bow. :)

Pappy:
Got my blade put together and glued up, now for some clean up and sealing. Our new buttons came if for the Classic and self bow challenge, I think they turned out nice. That's if for this week, hope everyone had a good one also. Life is Good.  :)
