Ya I missed seeing all of yall, but as they say life happens, maybe next year, hope you get to feeling better Bob. :) Headed to the cabin this morning, going to take a hike early then got lots to do around the club to be ready for next weeks shoot. I do plan on some shooting and tuning my new arrows with broad heads for my trip. Still hot here but gues just well get use to that. Hope yall have a good one also. Life is Good ;) :)

Great weekend, not many pictures, was really busy getting the ranges set for next week's shoot/kitchen set up and spent some time tuning arrows and shooting my new bows for out west. Had a big cherry tress fall on the range we had to cut out, it had a nice burle about 20 feet up the log , so of course I cut it off and glued it up for later use, beautiful figure. Arrows ready for tuning, I usually carry 12 for each bow but decide this year to carry 6 and a stump arrow, if I go through them I just need to quit. ;) :) :)

All tuned and ready to go, they came in a little over 500 grains and shoot like darts so should do the job if I do mine. :) Had a good friend pass away and his son was cleaning out his shop :( he brought me a bunch of turkey feathers, I will sort them later and send most off to be ground. I have more than I know what to do with now but they don't go bad so if I can't use them all I am sure someone will. :)

My girls know something is going on with me moving trailers and piling stuff up to pack , so they are staying close by. Then back strap and some of Dave's new potato's for a good supper. Thanks Dave. :)

Beau ask me to marinate some deer steak and repackage in 4 or 5 to a pack and vacuum seal for our trip, these should be tasty in the mountains over the fire. Hope yall had a good one also. Life is Good :) :)
