3 boys and 2 girls, she lost 1 black male. :( but all are doing good as of last night. ;) :) We all got some things done around the shop.Got 3 hides ready to tan and my trade bow just about complete.Jon got His Osage skinned and shooting and GregB and Will got some more Hickory ready for the Classic. Lots of others in and out. Here are some pictures of the fun. :) :) Hides/trade bow and laying out a grip out of some brain tan. :)

Father and Daughter Paul and Molly won 1st at our last shoot, they came to visit and I gave them their trophies, great folks and very good shots. Jon finishing up the skins after a night of drying. Looking very good. I found these arrows in a cardboard tub sitting by the old target shed, must have been there for a few years, the splice had come loose and they were all green,I cleaned them up and they should make some great kids arrows.Love finding treasures like this. Very old school looking.;D

Yew to a ring. Some of my old bows I brought out to show, had for close to 25 years. :)  Wings and breast,Doug gave them to me if I would skin the bird and I said of course. ;) ;D ;D  Molly shooting the hickory I finished last week,I missed weight for me and she shoots it well so I gifted it to her. ;) :) Some more of Josh's knife work. :)

Josh's Yew with a nice hole in just the right spot to give no trouble. Some of Dan's knives he turned out last week,he is on a roll, Joshia and his dad came by to work on his Hickory, great young man and is really learning fast,he listens and can do what you tell him. Sadie's new pups,I plan on keeping the yellow female.  ;) :)

Looks like a fine way to spend a weekend.

Getting a bit ency with the Classic closing in.
My son Forrest said he wants to go the Classic with me this year.
The wife turned me down.  Back problems are giving her fits.
Forrest and I should arrive on Thurday, the 2nt, just a little while before dark.

Pappy: Any idea who the "Puppy Daddy" is???

Congrats Jessie and Abbie, great news. Wish you the best.  Mark, what trophies did you hand out for the shoot, 1st, 2nd, 3rd in each class? I think I came in 3rd in longbow.
