kinda got it figured out i guess.  i think about it too much.  and then again, maybe its my arrows.  they might have a bit more spine than i need for my 40 and 45lb bows..

    Looks like your locking you arm like if you were shooting a compound.Open your stance and crook your arm more[elbow].
  I shoot totally instintive.Do the same thing each time,ankor at the same spot each time,consintrate,Look at the smallest spot you can.
