 I've slow smoked mutton and basted it with cans of Frozen Consentrated Orange Juice, thawed out. It was really good and you didn't have that "sheep" smell to the meat.

these are a few of my grandpa's.

on the wall are an eleven point and a ten point, on the wall are ten racks.


these were......well lets just say he doubled up on the limit that year. this is my grandpa and we were in an area very heavly populated with deer, and we truly needed the meat, so dont jump on me. these were all shot in one season, along with two does. range from spike to eleven point.
