american elm width

I have a couple american elm stave I split a bit narrow for flatbows - can probably get 1&3/8 inch (3.5 cm) width.  For a 72" long ELB, what range draw weight do you think that would give?  Doesn't have to be warbow strength.  65# would be fine.
