the way I spine my cane is I cut them to around 25 inches first..then spine at 60 to 75....then add foreshaft and point and they are back down to where I need them....very simple..a little error on head weight doesn't effect them at this range.....a lighter or heavier head doesn't make that much of a difference......gut
to take from nature the materials needed to take from nature the meat needed...they all die from natural causes osage, rivercane, stone points,...
