How To Center the Nock for the Nock Cut

MO Hawkeye:
I am am hoping there is a tool to place over the nock end of the arrow to guide in the nock cut.   I am very new at building arrows so any advice or suggestions would be helpful.

If there is NOT such a tool, how do I go about getting the cut centered?

I believe raptory archery has such a tool you require.

no tool that i know of.  just mark the center and cut down about 1/2".  then sand to fit string.

I mark the centers..... then I cut them in with a 3 pack of Hacksaw Bladesn..works well for me
