My dad has one of those knives.  I honestly have never paid much attention to it.  He never used it for anything, it's always just sat up on the mantle.  He's had it as long as I can remember, but if it was made in the 50's he had to pick it up somewhere.  He's only 51.

Yes, maybe for an old set...old...in the sence of OOOOOOOOOOLD... not from the 50's

 I think I'll just add a whitetail or elk handle and "Americanize" it a little ;D
   I'm pretty barbaric, but I wouldn't want to cut up my breakfast with a hairy knife :-\
 
 So do ya'll agree that it's probably from the 50's?
