sc , its based on a native american arrow that you can hold low on a duck or whatever and the skipping arrow across the water should ensure a hit !
however i usualy have several hundred wood ducks in my three cypress ponds and im not sure you could hit full draw their mighty flighty . it would be fun to try though

I've been wanting to make some skipping arrows...I can't remember where I saw it...maybe it was in the book Cherokee Bows and Arrows
