A quick look at the TN Classic 2010 Pics
Pat B:
Jimmy, thanks for posting the pics. I enjoyed chatting with you and your son at lunch on Saturday.
Brian, It was all the good food there! ;D You know how buff Mullet is and I'm not far behind. ;D
We missed having you and Augie there. Just wasn't the same! Maybe Justin will pick y'all up next year like before.
Rick, how does 14"+ of rain with tornadoes near by sound? At times 4" to 5" of water running over the road and culvert going towards the camping area. Everyone had to take detours when leaving today. Nashville and surrounding areas had terrible flooding and many roads, secondary and interstates were closed because of it.
We all had a great time anyway. ;D What's a little weather when you're amongst friends! 8)
Thanks to the Twin Oaks crew for another great time. Never a dull moment at the Classic! ;D
Little John:
Man oh man !4" of rain with tornadoes sounds rough. Thats too bad that the weather had to be so bad. Must have been a lot of sleepin in cars or good eather pruff tents set up on high ground. Just saw the flooding pics on the internet, looks awful. Glad every one still had a good time. Kenneth
Pat B:
Kenneth, my tent stayed dry this year. ::) Wade shared it with me and we both were surprised how dry it was inside. A few folks did stay in their cars but we all came through fine.

How did that gravel road hold up? With that much rain, I was affraid it'd wash out.

First time I ever saw a gravel road literally turn to quicksand. Saw a couple vehicles sitting on their frames down there.
Good pics, Jimmy, thanks for posting them. I'll try to get some up tonight. I was about whupped by the time I got home yesterday-just took a shower, picked the ticks off, ate, and fell into bed. ;D
