Just had to try it. Saturated the bamboo Broad head with glue to make it harder, Pretty much all bamboo except the wrap which is flax  and used goose feathers for the Fletch  guessing spine is about 50# >:D

Now that is kinda cool. I like it.
Have you tried to shoot a target with it to check penetration? Did it get really sharp?

Wade, I let it go to a burlap sack with foam and rags and it is about4" pen, hard to get out. Not very tip heavy, about 2" inches up center at a total 30"long.

Parnell:
Bet that would work well.  I've sliced my hand/fingers open a few times trying to thin that stuff down.  It can get very sharp.

Ahhhhh  fire-hardened bamboo pointy things.... reminds me of the jungle!
