found something interesting today..
walkabout:
my camera is a kodak easy share c310, it doesnt have the macro setting that i can find
sailordad:
alright then try this
take a pic outside in natural light
but dont try and zoom in on it while holding it,for some reason digi cameras like to focus past items when you do this
thats why in your pics the table top is more clear than the item your trying to photograph
skyarrow:
from what i saw on the manual it only has one mode so do what sailordad sed about taking it outside lay in the ground and stand over it or place it up aginst something big so it wont try to focus on the bacground it will be the main focus of the pic. if it has a focus indicator keep moving till the item you want is what it is focusing on you should get some nice close up pic gl

later to find out from good folks no here it was a leverite rock ;)
not sure on that, possible to get better pics
use th "macro" setting on your dgi camera for close up shots, they turn out better that way

Found quite a few of those...usually some Indian sex stones around the vicinity as well if you know where to look. Heck, even a blind hog could find one of those...
