True, I think there is a fine line between insanity and just regular ol boneheadedness. I balance that line regularly ;D

I like the conjunction of those two sayings. To me the point is to learn from the failure and try something different the next time around.
Or... take a quote I've seen attributed to Will Rogers. " Some men are born smart and can just see how to do things right the first time. Others are born smart enough to learn from other's mistakes. And then there are the suckers that just have to piss on the electric fence themselves."
