what did you use to color the shafts.  I really like that black and red contrast. Nice craftsmanship all around!

I used black waterbased dye; brings out the wood pattern nicely!

Beautiful work....every time I see one of these I REALLY get the urge to give one a go but I need to slow down and get a few bows under my belt before I start jumping on every project that catches my eye  ;D
