Thanks David and Frank!

Thanks for the compliment and the idea with the tissue paper Pat!  It worked better than I hoped it would!  ..my wife's real name is Amy but I have been calling her "Kitten" for the past 9 or 10 years or so... She says I only call her "Amy" when I am mad at her, LOL.  :)

Thanks Jeff, amberb57, and Pappy! I remember seeing a bow from you that has this same type of handle Pappy--it feels really comfortable in the hand, now I need to make me a left handed version for me.  :)

Thanks a bunch, Jawge!

Thanks Hunter255!

Thanks Marc! I hope I can get her at least halfway interested in archery so I can be allowed more time with it and also have an awesome person to share this part of my life with. :)

Thanks Del and Thwackaddict!!

Thanks Mike!  I know the surgery will probably go fine but I am still a little nervous about it and I am really bummed about not being able to shoot or build for a few months... Thanks alot for the prayers my friend.  :)

Sweet bow, that tissue paper looks pretty cool actually.  I was a little skeptical when I first hear the idea, but I think I might have to try it.  And there's nothing wrong with purple, don't let anyone tell you otherwise!

I'm also thinking of building a bow for my girlfriend.  She has no interest in archery but maybe she just needs to try...

Hope all goes well with your surgery and you have a speedy recovery!
