The Gopher:
he works for Virginia Tech, i actually found his work email from VT's website since he is on staff. Since I wasn't hearing from him through personal message or personal email i figured i might as well try work email. No response yet.

we'll see.

 I do know that when he is working with Raptors in the field he is gone for quite a while.

I've heard form Dave! He's had a rough row to hoe, so to speak. Looks liek things are getting better for him.
