Knife for my son (new Picture)

     That's a beauty! :o  One lucky little boy, and he is right, a doll, or a stuffed animal/target, will suffice for his sister...... ;D ;D
Is that made from good steel?  If he doesn't lose it trying to stick it in trees, like Jim Bowie, Like I used to do, he will have a nice knife, when he reaches a more responsible age, you can sharpen the edge, and tip, and he will have a very nice hunting knife, he is very familiar with.  Very nice! ;)

Well, it is his favorite gift. My kids are lucky as they are the only grandchildren on my wife's side of the family so they get all kinds of stuff from the grandparents and two single aunts who adore them.
This was the third gift he opened and for all the rest he had th use the knife to get them opened. After all the gifts were opened he asked me to lay down "like a dead bear" so he could practice skinning.
I love how his little brain works!
