Every great chef learns from experimenting, I just didn't have a lot of experience cooking osage! ;D
Most of those meals in the "Life is Good" thread were my dutch oven creations...of course if you keep enough liquid in there you can't hardly go wrong. Now that I think about it, that's what went wrong when I was cooking the osage...ran out of water! ;D
