Tell me Finnish Native, what sort of wood do you have in Finland suitable for bow making? I'm sure we have many similar trees here in Scotland. I know some are good: ash, elm, yew, rowan, but what about birch and silver birch? Beech, sycamore, horse chestnut, lime, alder? There are so many of these trees here, just wish I could make use of them.
