Did you epoxy a brass sleeve on both limbs or brass on one and just the steel handle on the other?

I'm working on an osage takedown and I used the dual brass sleeves then epoxied the handle on to the upper limb.

I don't know if the upper brass sleeve is necessary other than for added weight in the handle area.

Don't they use the brass inner sleeve and steel outer sleeve so they don't freeze up when there is a temperature change?
