 I saw one of these at the Rendevous yesterday and thought I could make one. Well, I found a couple of these old butter knives for a quarter at the flea market this morning and thought I'd give it a try. This is what I came up with. This one's going to a good buddy in South Carolina that is always making me some cool stuff.

Are the blades just soldered into the handle?  What did you use for the nipple?

mullet:
 Pat,  The blades are soldered in with silver solder. I bought some brass tubing from Ace Hardware and mounted it through buffalo horn and epoxied on the handle.
