Found my way back

It's been at least 6 months since I last scraped on a bow, hit a stone or did any of the primitive crafts that I loved so much.  With that,  I also stopped checking in and posting on PA.  Other things just became more important than finding time for these activities.  Last night I couldn't resist it any longer.  I finished roughing out an Elm bow that I started a long time ago, and straightened it out on the caul.  It felt great to be working on a bow again.  Maybey I needed the break to inspire me again.  Anyway, I'm glad to be back.   ;D

Ranger B:

Welcome back Rick. We've missed you. Sometimes you have to do what you have to do. Fortunately, like riding a bike, it's not to difficult to get back on and go! Last year I got back to building bows after not for over a year. I actually thing my bow building improved after the lay off.  ;)  Kinda like cleaning out the spider webs fro my brain.
Are you gonna make it to the Classic this year?
