Another tree ID

Was walking by a local lake and ran across a tree that I can't ID. It has bark and trunk like cedar,but the limbs look like plum or cherry. It is not an evergreen as it does shed the leaves. Any Ideas on this one.

The male cone looking parts are from this tree.
