 :D He's referring to my question! He lives in "PA". I can only guess that is an abbreviation for a state in the United States of America. If so, it should be Pennsylvania.

Thanks for the pics Mossy!

Dark heartwood, nearly white sapwood, kinda thick twigs... I'll stick with Black Walnut. Should make a decent bow, I'd say its comparable to ash. If you left just a little sapwood to make the back of a bow and have a dark heartwood belly that would make a stunning bow...
