Holly as a bow wood?

I cut a small holly tree yesterday (about 7' long and 4" at the narrow end)  and was wondering if it's worth keeping as a potential bow or if I should just buck it up and throw it on the wood pile.  What say ye experienced bowyers?

 TBB4 says the American Holly has a SG of.56 And the European type has a SG of .68 Don't know any other details or characteristics. I would say try it since you already have it cut ;)

As hillbilly61  suggests as you have cut it why not try it.

I have rescued a few staves from tree cutters and all of them had prop twist of about 180deg within a 1 ft section, dont mind steaming a bit out but they were all awful.

Allright.  I'll let it cure for a while and then see how it goes.  If worst comes to worst it'll burn as well shaped like a bow as it will shaped like a log.   ;)
