Is it used for straightening arrows the same way the hook straightener
is used?

no holes in it and nothing to do with arras. it is a knee bone though.

Bow drill bearing/snack?

ding ding ding weiner!!!!. its a snack.  ;D its a hand hold for a bow drill. also works real good as a hammer for knapping
