my first primitive elk

I just returned from my week long pack into the eagle cap wilderness in eastern oregon. I was able to get a shot at a cow elk. 10 yard shot, through both lungs a little high and caught the artery in the back, she ran about 80 yards and piled up. I used a 65# yew selfbow with a syringa arrow with obsidian head. the arrow in the pic is the point. really excited to get a elk with all primitive tackle.
