I tried to post with a couple pictures and I was told could not post due to security issue and to contact administrator. How do I contact the admin?

I'm trying to post a pic from photobucket and it just doesn't go...acts as if the Post button is inactive.  Tried posting a preview and the text shows up but no pic. 

Seems I am meant to be cursed by the inability to post pics in here.

Copy and paste the pic?  ...or the image code listed down below the photo?
