Hunting holiday - America/Canada somewhere - ideas anyone?

Florida's deer season opens in August in South Florida, but it will be brutally hot. I spot and stalk in Florida but it is like a jungle here and our trees never lose their leaves in the Winter. But the trade-off is mosquito's, snakes, alligators and other exotics to watch out for while you are crawling. You can also hunt hogs year round on private property.

Thanks a lot for the advice guys. It's appreciated. I can always come over in the autumn if that suits the hunting season's better.I'm going to have to do some searching and try and figure out things a bit more.
