Hawaiian fishing lure

Stoker:
Saw this at the Maui oceanic center. Hawaiin fishing lure. Contructed of what appears to be a mussel shell, tooth of some sort, hair and coconut husk cordage. I thought it was rather interesting. Might try building one.
