I'm thinking maybe a Surf and Turf,  Some nice tender Venison backstrps with a glazed morel/Chantrell topping and fresh caught Sturgeon cooked in a citrus white wine sauce, then topped with fresh lemon basil and chopped pine nuts. Now I just need to figure out how to have this hot and fresh served along the Deschutes river with the snow capped Cascades in the background.
