thats what i was hoping to do-didnt wanna really show anything id done-was just hoping to get folks to post their wood working/carving stuff without totally hijacking yr thread.
look forward to seeing more of yr work and yr tools!

Here are some duck decoys I carved a few years ago.  All done with hand tools.




This canvasback was carved out of 2x10 dimensional lumber.  That was a chore.

I carved ducks about 25 years ago, made a mistake and turned a hobby into a business, carving quit being fun. I put down my duck carving tools in 86, never touched them again.
I sold all my good ducks, sure wish I had a few of them back and only have a couple of so-so ones left.
