Well, here's my feeble attempt from today, and two others dinkers I made after it. I couldn't seem to pattern it to save my life, not with out losing all my width anyway. Probably should have heated it, that or my Ishi stick game was off today. At least the size is about right at 5 and half inches long.

exceeds at least the normal run of the mill Dalton.

Just one more picture from the actual Sloan site in Arkansas. You will notice that the "fancy" flaking is only on one side of each face (left). This is definitely much easier to accomplish than trying to put the fancy flaking on both sides of each face and is completely authentic. I think I'm going to attempt one of these...
